Absolutely! Our classes are all levels and we’ve all been a beginner before.
We know it can be scary to try something new, and we applaud you for looking to explore getting out of your comfort zone. If you have questions about modifications, form, safety, or anything that can build your confidence, we encourage you to ask.

The pop-up studio is located in downtown Charleston beneath the Meeting Street Lofts apartment community.

Pending construction on our permanent studio (details coming soon!), we anticipate classes taking place in the pop-up through spring 2025.

Yes! You can rent cycle shoes equipped with Delta cleats for $3. First class? Your rental is on us!

If you are new, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early so we can help you get settled and clipped into your bike.

Indoor cycling shoes with either SPD or Delta cleats are required for all cycle classes. You may provide your own shoes (our bikes are both SPD and Delta cleat compatible) or we offer shoes to rent for $3. Our studio shoes are equipped with Delta cleats.

Our bikes are compatible with both SPD and Delta cleats. If you rent shoes from The Drop In, they will be equipped with Delta cleats.

While lockers are not provided, there is space to stow a limited amount of personal belongings while you take class. Space is limited and we recommend traveling light and leaving valuables at home. The Drop In is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Order processing time is 1-3 business days. You will get an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number once your order is labeled, and you can expect to see tracking information updated within 1 business day from there.

To sign up for class, you will first create an account in The Drop In app—available for iOS and Android devices—and purchase class credit. Classes open for booking each Sunday at noon and allow for booking through the following Monday.

The semester pass is available to all students and teachers with a valid ID. The Spring 2025 semester pass is valid January - May.

To avoid penalties, please cancel by 6:00 PM the night before your class takes place.
If you late cancel or no-show and booked via a class pack, you will lose the class credit. If you late cancel or no-show and booked via a membership, you will be charged $25.
