    CYCLE: Cycle classes blend music, movement, and messaging to create a physical and joyful workout. This full-body session includes sprints, hills, choreography, core work, and upper body.

    We believe movement is medicine, and that its impact is even more powerful in new surroundings. It’s with this in mind that The Drop In’s retreats were crafted— combining travel, movement, food, music, and nature.
